Securing our drinking water supply
The Northern Territory Government, in partnership with Power and Water, is delivering secure, reliable and cost-effective drinking water for Territorians, now and into the future.
As part of the Darwin Region Water Supply Infrastructure Program, Power and Water is working to return Manton Dam to service as an operational drinking water supply source.
Territory company Exact Contracting Pty Ltd has been awarded the $134 million design and construct contract for the Manton Dam Return to Service project, which will include 250 local jobs during construction.
