Update 16 June 2022
Due to a recent change in Northern Territory Government (NTG) policy, Power and Water does not intend to enforce the above Conditions COVID-19 - Mandatory vaccination requirements, if your contract contains that condition, compliance will no longer be required.
Note: Power and Water contracts still require compliance with laws generally, and to the extent that any Chief Health Officer direction remains in force, or is issued in the future, the obligation to comply with laws will apply to those directions.
