This pipeline access information is published in accordance with Part 10 of the National Gas Rules. The McArthur River Pipeline (also known as the Daly Waters Pipeline, Daly Waters to McArthur River Mine Pipeline, the McArthur River Mine Pipeline or MRM) is a transmission pipeline located in the northern region of the Northern Territory.

This User Access Guide is published under Part 23 of the National Gas Rules (NGR) for the McArthur River Pipeline (MRM pipeline), owned and operated by Power and Water Corporation (PWC, or “us”). The MRM pipeline is a non-scheme pipeline for the purposes of the National Gas Law (NGL) and NGR.
Gas Day Harmonisation Transition Plan – McArthur River Pipeline
Describes Power and Water’s arrangements for the McArthur River Pipeline to transition to the standard gas day on and from 1 October 2019.This Transition Plan is published by Power and Water Corporation (PWC) in respect of the McArthur River Pipeline (MRM pipeline) under rule 4(2) of Part 6 of Schedule 5 of the National Gas Rules (NGR).
