The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) has handed down its first draft determination on Power and Water’s regulatory proposal for the period 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2024.
On 29 October the AER will be holding a public forum in Darwin for interested stakeholders to provide more information about its draft determination and get some initial feedback.
Power and Water will be submitting its response to the AER draft by 29 November, then up until 11 January 2019 the public will have the opportunity to have their say on what is being proposed, before the AER makes its final determination in April 2019.
