PI Support Services

Power and Water Corporation (PWC) has purchased an Enterprise Licence Agreement (ELA) with OSIsoft for a period of five (5) years.  The ELA provides PWC with a single platform to expand asset and market data collection and storage by business units such as Power Services, Market Operator, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Facilities etc.  Previously PI has only been used by Water Services and Gas.  The ELA also assists PWC in meeting its commitment to the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) by improving network data for future regulatory periods.

Delivery of asset and data management, planning, project management and other specialist advice relating to the OSIsoft PI system.

Future procurement activities that may utilise this Supplier List may include services and support for the OSIsoft PI system, including but not limited to:

• Planning and investigations including fault investigation and alarm management
• Quality management systems
• Asset management
  • Systems and procedures, and conditions assessment
• Project management
• Monitoring of chemical and water management
  • Including dangerous goods and hazardous substances
  • Work health and safety systems.

Government owned businesses, Local, Territory, State and Federal Government agencies and authorities must submit two prices against each item in the Pricing Schedule. One price is to be the tendered price offered and the other being the adjusted competitively neutral price. The competitively neutral price is to be prepared in accordance with the Northern Territory Government’s Competitive Tendering Guidelines.
