About this contract
Provide data, analysis and advice to further develop our Leadership, Capability and Culture uplift initiatives.
Deliver Leadership Development Programs, Behavioural Competency Learning Modules, Engagement/Culture Change programs and coaching in line with organisational vision, values and strategies.
The focus is to continue embedding our common approach to leadership behaviours and language across the business, targeting behavioural competencies (Korn Ferry) that provide the right skills at the right point in a leader’s and employee’s career lifecycle.
