About this contract
The provision of project management services to support the efficient and timely implementation and delivery of critical Power and Water projects. The panel is across several disciplines in the Power and Water Services functions to reflect the nature and demand of future projects to be undertaken.
The key deliverables under this contract will be effective administration and management of a range of projects in accordance with the Project Investment Delivery Framework, development of professional and compliant project plans, implementation timelines and related documentation, improvements in internal project management practices and an uplift in project management capability for Power and Water.
